Working Principle
- Gas Inflow: Exhaust gas containing acidic, basic, or odorous compounds enters the lower inlet of the PP tower.
- Counter-Current Absorption: The gas moves upward through high-surface-area PP packing rings while the liquid reagent sprays downward from anti-clog nozzles.
- Mass Transfer: Gas-liquid absorption neutralizes air pollutants efficiently within the packed bed layer.
- Moisture Separation: Integrated demister pads capture liquid droplets before clean air exits through the top discharge.
