Working Principle

  1. Pre-Conditioning: Raw odorous air enters a humidification section where water sprays saturate the gas stream to 100% relative humidity and remove particulates.
  2. Biofiltration Bed: The saturated gas passes through a specialized bio-packing layer populated with active microbial cultures.
  3. Biological Degradation: Microorganisms absorb gas-phase contaminants into their liquid biofilm and metabolize them into CO2, H2O, and mineral salts.
  4. Clean Exhaust: Purified, odorless air passes through mist separation before being discharged safely into the atmosphere.
